Roasted Broccolini & Asparagus

What you need:

Asparagus (quantity varies, I usually buy between 2 or 3 bundles from Whole Foods)

Broccolini (quantity also varies)

EVOO

Salt & pepper

Italian herbs (optional)

To make:

1. Turn oven on to 375 degrees

2. Cut lower part of stems off asparagus

3. Wash & dry veggies

4. Line baking sheet with tinfoil

5. In a bowl, season veggies w/ salt & pepper, Italian herbs, and EVOO 

6. Add veggies to baking sheet & spread out evenly

7. Place baking tray in oven for about 20-25 minutes

8. Flip veggies halfway through bake time so they cook evenly through
