Mixed Nut & Date Balls

Mixed Nut & Date Balls Healthy Sweets

What you need:

1-2 Cups pitted dates

1 Cup chopped nuts

1 Tablespoon Ghee

2 Eggs

Shredded Coconut

To make:

1. Cut up & chop dates

2. Add Ghee to sauce pan on low-medium heat

3. Once pan is warm, add chopped dates, nuts, & eggs

4. Slowly stir mixture together for about 5 minutes (you may need to add a bit more Ghee/Coconut Oil if ingredients aren't sticking together)

5. Once ingredients are well mixed and sticky-like consistency, remove from pan & add to bowl

6. Make sure the bowl is covered, and let mixture cool in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes

7. Add shredded coconut in a separate bowl

8. Once mixture is cooled, remove from refrigerator and roll into balls

9. Finally, add shredded coconut to balls
