“How The Hell Are These Healthy” Chocolate Energy Balls

What you need:

1-2 Cups pitted dates

1 Cup chopped nuts

1 Tablespoon flaxseed

1 Tablespoon almond flour

2 Tablespoons pure cocoa powder 

2-3 Tablespoons melted Ghee or coconut oil 

Shredded Coconut

To make:

1. Add all ingredients to blender (except for coconut shreds)

2. Blend until dough-like consistency

3. Remove from blender and add mixture to bowl

4. Cover bowl and let mixture cool in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes

5. Add shredded coconut in a separate bowl

6. Once mixture is cooled, remove from refrigerator and roll into balls

7. Finally, add shredded coconut to balls
